B. O. Smith, left, division supervisor of industrial relations, and C. B. Williams , division manager, view the Texas Company's president trophy which was won by the producing department for its safety record in 1949. The large trophy is on display in the division headquarters here. Smith is in charge of safety work. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 25, 1950.
