Sucker Beat Traffic Officer Paul Bewley hands Christmas candy to Shelley Ruth Mosley, 17-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Mosley of 2778 Beverly Hills Dr. Bewley for several years has passed out candy to children passing his downtown corner on Christmas Eve. So far, he has handed out about 2,200 free suckers.
