    Testimony being hear by the McClelland Senate labor rackets committee in Washington is giving the individual union members more courage Jerome D. Fenton, general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board said here Friday. Fenton wouldn't predict what would be the results of the labor hearings in the way of legislation but he did say that the unions would seek repeal of some Taft Hartley legislation.
