Description

Bob Allen of Route 2 shows his 23-month-old son, Carl, where he was found floating face down in Lake Worth. The father, a Navy veteran, used artificial respiration to save the boy after he fell in the water from the Allens' backyard at their lake-side home. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 19, 1950.
