Hamilton Hittson Fort Worth park departmental superintendent, and Mrs. David H. Buchabab of Temple, right, president of Texas Garden Clubs, Inc., signed a lease agreement for the permanent head quarters of the state group to be located on park department property in Botanic Gardens. Looking on are Mrs. Howard S. Kittel, left, and Mrs. Walter H. Ramsey, president of the Garden Club Council of Fort Worth, who led the council drive to obtain the head quarters for Fort Worth.
