Frank Szabo of 1213 1/2 Commerce, Hungarian refugee, left, and Mayor McCann at City Hall Thursday when the Mayor signed proclamation designating October 23 as both United States Day and Hungarian Freedom Day in Fort Worth. Szabo formerly of Budapest, escaped from his native land in October 1956.
