Mrs. Ogden K. Shannon, Jr., Mrs. Tarlton Law, Mrs. W. R. Grady, Jr., and Mrs. Amon (Minnie Meacham) Carter, left to right, model gowns from the "Roaring Twenties." Mrs. Shannon and Mrs. Carter are wearing the gowns they wore to The Assembly Ball in 1926. Both are original Nemser dresses. Mrs. Law is wearing the gown worn by her mother, Mrs. John Tarlton, in 1928, and Mrs. Grady, the dress worn by Mrs. Wyatt Hedrick in 1927.
