"Gay Nineties" will be theme of the Richard Elementary PTA carnival to be held from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the school. In costume for the event are left to right, Eddie Wilkerson, son of the Mr. and Mrs L. E. Wilkerson of 6701 Pecan Park, Valorie Noreen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Noreen of 2647 Mimosa Park., Nancy Eve Whitney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Whitney of 6821 John Dr., and Barry Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny T. Carter of 3272 Mimosa Park Dr.
