Polyolefin Compounding Corporation. Dick Harvey, plant manager, left, and Milton Hammill in plastic blending, coloring firm. Milton Hammill of 4917 Overton is a 36 year old industrialist who likes to gamble-as long as the gambling involves the growing plastics industry of Fort Worth. The process developed by Hammill (which will be patented soon) involves melting the plastic in a machine before it is colored.
