Jalmer Ray Grooms, front, 22 year old Fort Hood Soldier who said he learned how to commit a crime by watching television, apparently missed a few lessons. He's shown here being escorted to a city jail cell by Jailer Paul Christian after an attempted robbery. He tried to clean out the cash drawer at a Jacksboro Highway service station.
