Description
The 61 year old Hexagon House of Mineral Wells' leading hotels and still a picturesque tourist attraction is up for sale with $25,000 price tag. The 30 room structure couldn't be replaced for 10 times that amount, Mrs. Meriwether declared. The foundation is of stone and there is a solid 10 inch thick stone floor on the ground level, covered with 3 inches of concrete. Stone walls on the ground level are 20 inches thick.
