Description
Morgan E. Johnson, finished paving a stretch of 5th St. 29 years ago and set a brass plaque in the pavement at Lamar. His son, Berneie E. Johnson finished an overray paving job of the same section this week and took up the disk. Both can be seen holding the Bitulithic Company plaque.
