Description
Service awards were presented to 63 junior volunteers who devoted more than 5,700 hours of work to various chores at John Peter Smith Hospital during summer. Mrs. Annetta Haggard pins award to Sandra Blalock. Miss Blalock, 16, a junior at Arlington Heights High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Blalock. She volunteered for three summers, and received a special arm patch denoting 450 hours of voluntary work at the hospital.
