    Paul Herpolsheimer of Detroit presents award to auto dealer Tom Mastin Jr. Tom Mastin Sr. was the third man in the United States to sign up as a charter dealer. After he passed away, his son Tom Mastin Jr. took over the company. Mastin's firm was honored at a luncheon in the Fort Worth Club for its years of service as DeSoto- Plymouth Dealer.
