    Cutting Horse Official of Midland Given Honor - As a token of appreciation for his services as president of the National Cutting Horse Association, Marion Flynt of Midland was presented a money clip at a committee meeting Thursday at Hotel Texas. Ray Smith of Aledo, chairman of the executive committee, asked B. F. Phillips Jr. of Dallas to make the presentation. Flynt, who is serving his third term as president, was praised for his loyal and faithful service, unselfish effort, outstanding leadership and constant endeavor for the growth and betterment of the association.
