Description
James L. Mayo, former hunchback, sick and virtually broke, was admitted Tuesday afternoon to Saint Joseph's Hospital. Two years ago when he was there an operation on his spine gave him back more than 10 inches of height he had lost in severe curvature, the result of a fall and arthritis. He is now suffering from internal bleeding, from a peptic ulcer.
