A check for $300 was presented Wednesday morning by William A. Painter, left, of Washington, D. C., Zone 5 commissioner of the FHA, to Edward J. Dee, director of the Fort Worth district, for "sustained superior performance" of his duties. The presentation was witnessed by the FHA district office staff.
