Description

One of the Fort Worth Public Library's four bookmobiles made its weekly stop at the South Hills Shopping Center Wednesday afternoon and distributed approximately 600 books. The figure represents a 200-book increase from April to August, showing the growth of circulation at the 47 "traveling branch library" stops for the city and county. The service is maintained throughout the year. About 100,000 books are circulated yearly from each of the four bookmobiles, Arless Nixon, library director, said.
