Active support of the proposed Texas constitutional amendment which would repeal the ban against use of state funds for advertising was pledged here Saturday by directors of the 10th District, Advertising Federation of America. They unanimously approved a resolution in favor of the amendment, reported Denny Heard of Houston, resolutions chairman.
