Description
Mrs. Charlie Fae Blackwood glowers at Liberal Tom Ward as he challenges her report on Precinct 123 during the test vote for chairman at the Tarrant County Democratic convention. She argued that Ward was not a delegate. When Ward, a former county chairman, appeared on stage, he was greeted by catcalls from the audience - "Toss the rabble rouser out."
