Description
Postmaster Richard Cowan Friday added a feature to the usual day's work at the postoffice by having a special collection "made early" to determine how much mail was minus the new postage rates. "We found 1,250 pieces of mail, a total of 29 pounds, with the wrong postage," he reported.
