Larry Kornblett, owner, checks on the many display racks in his newly-opened Pay Less Shoe Store at 304 East Belknap. The self-service store, managed by Ed Hainline Junior, is open daily from 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. and on Saturday from 1 until 6 p. m. A customers' parking lot is on the west side of the store.
