Mrs. Christine Fowler, 86, of 2934 Gordon brought years of experience as a voter to the polls when she cast her ballot in the Precinct 108 box at Paschal High School Saturday morning while William R. Nevail, 21, of 2901 South Hills Avenue, a first-time voter, began learning when he voted at Precinct 117's box in South Hills School.
