These four lawyers are representing Mrs. Agnes Kirk, Cleburne rest home operator, in her fight to have the will of J. E. Sexton probated. The will leaves most of the estate to Mrs. Kirk. The lawyers are, left to right, Robert Mahanay of Cleburne, Fred Erisman of Longview, Gean Turner of Cleburne and Al Crowley of Fort Worth.
