From Chemise to Cowgirl Togs-Linda Daugherty, 18, of Abilene, Texas' entry in the "Miss Universe" contest July 17, is measured here for a cowgirl outfit to wear to the California pageant. Sizing up her 37-24-37 measurements is Jack McClure, Western tailor at 121 W. Exchange Linda is 5 feet 7 1/2 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds.
