Over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, there will be 28 traffic deaths in Texas. This was the prediction made Thursday by James O. Musick of Austin, director of the Texas Safety Association, who addressed the Kiwanis Club at Hotel Texas. His subject was "Decision for Texas."
