Can-Can Steps Steadily Onward to Premiere-"Can-Can" first of five summer Casa Manana Musicals, pushed its way steadily Tuesday toward its premiere Saturday night. All the cast was in town-rehearsing into the wee hours each morning a the aluminum-domed theater-in-the-round-and arrival arrangements for the first-night celebrities were complete.
