Carnival Clowning - Mineral Wells Jaycee President Fred Eubanks, left, and Frank Meyers Jr. try out the merry-go-round at the Jaycee carnival which opens Wenesday night for four days. Funds collected at the carnival will be used to complete the Palo Pinto Youth Center now being built in Mineral Wells.
