Description
A witness who said he saw Max Serrano, 31 year old ex-convict, shoot Narcisco Jiminez Herrera, 30 was to tell city detectives about the shooting Tuesday. Detective Grady Haire said the witness was due to report to him. Serrano was charged Tuesday with murder in Peace Justice Boyd's court.
