Water Department Expansion - Located in the Clear Fork valley south of W. Lancaster is the city's new $6,000,000 South Holly Water Plant (identified best by the two clear water tanks). Its combined output with the old Holly pump station, between Lancaster and W. 7th, is 129,000,000 gallons of filtered water for city users every 24 hours. The two plants are connected by a four-foot main. At the bottom of the picutre is the W. Freeway and the Summit W. Vickery overpass.
