Tom Stegger, 7, left, son of Dr. J.H. Steer and Mrs. J.H. Steger is pranked by Bruce Salmon, 6. Bruce is getting ice down Tom's neck, he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Salmon. This little prank was part of the fun Friday at a Downtown Kiwanis Club picnic at Camp Carter.
