Description
Charles Norrell, 21, had an accident where he lost his left arm completely. Terry Panagos was driving a Navy truck past 7200 block E. Lancaster when he saw the young man covered in blood. Panagos immediately tore off his shirt to make a tourniquet. In the shot Norell can be seen thanking Panagos, as Mrs. Norell watches.
