Little lady takes a flyer - Teresa June Foust, 4, daugther of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Foust of 4201, Whitehall, reaches for a tiny airplane adorning a birthday cake presented her Monday at Carter Field. Teresa was chosen "Miss Carter Field" because her birth most closely concoincided with the opening of the field five years ago. Mayor McCann will crown her during ceremonies at the field Sunday"
