Re-elected- R. V. Miller, left, head of the general tax department of Shell Oil Company, New York, was re-elected general chairman of the fedral tax forum of Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Association at the group's annual meeting here last week. Charles R. Bell, who holds a similar post with Continental Oil Company, Houston, was re-elected vice chairman.
