Description

Frank Leddy was still alive and kicking Monday morning although he was hanged from the Fort Worth Stockyards sign on East Exchange Ave. A harness inside his shirt was attached to the rope instead of Leddy's neck. The hangman wanted to preserve the store owner so he can attend the Pioneer Days Rodeo starting Wednesday night.
