Domingo C. Bascara, YMCA national general secretary for the Philippines, Wednesday felt "right at home" in Fort Worth . A swim and cook-out snack at the camp won over Bascara , who recalled that the swimming pool at the Manila Y was the attraction that first drew him into Y work in 1921. left to right standing W. B.
