    Lloyd Conditt, left, and Ottey Thomas, right, haul Estill Vance, Fort Worth National Bank president, to "jail" at Houston and West 7th. Tuesday because he wasn't "equipped" to attend the Pioneer Days Celebration on the North Side June 4-8. Vance was released when he gave L. N. Wilemon, president of the North Fort Worth State Bank a $250 check for 100 rodeo tickets.
