Description
A lifelong Tarrant County resident who well remembers when the railroad first came to Fort Worth in 1876 celebrated his 88th birthday here Monday. It was a surprise party at which he was honored at his daughter's home, 4917 Circle Ridge Drive. Mr. Day spent most of his life in Fort Worth and rarely traveled out. He also has a son, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren , and a brother.
