Description
A homemade rocket "test vehicle" exploded on the Handley High School campus about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, injuring four students, none of them seriously. David Townsend, a 15-year-old ninth grader, identified himself as "head of a project group." Victim examines Handley rocket, Neta Lasater was nicked on leg.
