Conservation of forests as the source of wood as a vital material for industry and mankind are objectives being stressed this year by the International Order of Hoo Hoo, a lumberman's fraternity. Ernie L. Wales of Spokane, Washington, who carries the imposing title of snark of the universe as head of the 13,000-member organization, told of the basically fun group's serious side in an interview here Wednesday night.
