Winners of six awards for scholarship and leadership, including one double winner, have been named by Rosemont Junior High School. Winners of the American Legion Award were Cecil Knight, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. (Dick) Knight of 3512 S. Adams, and Patsy Duncan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. O. Duncan of 5201 McConnell. Awards won from Daughters of the American Revolution were Sharon Bischofshausen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Bischofshausen of 2912 Creston, and Morris Martin, son of Mr. and Mrs. James O. Martin of 3905 Frazier. Patsy Duncan, Sharon Bischofshausen, (seated left to right) Cecil Knight, Joanna Burkett and Morris Martin (standing left to right).
