Mary Floyd, matriarch of what officers call Tarrant County's stealingest clan, was brought to terms with the law Tuesday. An all-male jury of six, unmoved by her copious tears, assessed the sobbing grandmother 60 days in jail and a $100 fine for shoplifting three shirts.
