Members of North Fort Worth Lions Club, promoting the North Side's Pioneer Days celebration, June 4 to 7, gave former Precinct 4 Commissioner Hap Hovencamp a surprise donkey ride from the courthouse to 7th St. Friday. The Lions grabbed Hovenkamp inside the building and hustled him outside and aboard the donkey.
