Thomas H. Dimmitt with detective O. R. Brown. Two daring daylight robberies of supermarkets here were cleared up Friday by a 25-year-old draftsman. When Thomas Harvey Dimmitt of 2501 E. Wilkinson, a former airman, was asked by a Star-Telegram reporter if he held up a Wyatt's Food Store and a Safeway store, he mumbled, "Yes, sir."
