Miss Cleva Hill of 3249 Wabash, American Airlines stewardess, receives a Chicago-bound pouch of airmail from W. F. Francis, left, regional air transportation officer, after he and Postmaster R. T. Cowan, right, brought it from the postoffice to Carter Field by Bell helicopter Thursday to mark the 40th anniversary of airmail service.
