Clown Jess Langston welcomes Vanessa Vandergriff, daughter of Arlington Mayor and Mrs. Tommy Vandergriff, to Arlington's Community Fair, which opened a three-day run Thursday with approximately 10,000 persons on the grounds at Arlington State College. The fair, which includes an American Quarter Horse Association show Saturday, is sponsored by Arlington's Chamber of Commerce.
