Special student awards went to Kay Doelling, Scarsdale, New York, student body president, and Miss Evalee Bell of Odell, boy and girl winners of the Haltom award for the best all-around students, and Clyde McClure, Fort Worth, winner of the W. F. Hamilton award of $25 for the highest grade index in the graduating class. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 30, 1950. Two people wearing cap n gowns.
