Arlington State College receives more than $18,000 work of surplus electronics equipped for use in its engineer training program. Temco Aircraft Corporation of Grand Prairie and Garland provided the equipment. Image is Temco president Robert McCulloch, left, presenting the equipment to Dr. E. H. Hereford.
