Mrs. Maureen Crossley, hands full of shopping lists, supervises the buying of tennis shoes and dress shoes for 12 little girls at the Tarrant County Children's Home. It was part of her year-round task of buying clothes for wards in the county. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition July 23, 1956.
