It couldn't happen but it did, and it brought about a meeting of the judges. It was unprecedented. So the judges ruled it hadn't occurred. Although 11-year-old Hi Moreland had won both the sub junior and junior state trap shoot championships held recently in Houston, the judges told the Fort Worth youngster to take his choice.
